2022 Conference

The Central Washington Conference for the Greater Good convenes nonprofit and philanthropic leaders to learn, connect, and build common purpose. The Conference brings together 300 nonprofit leaders from across Central Washington, from the Canadian to the Oregon borders.

The 2022 Conference will be delivered in a “deconstructed” manner. Conference “threads” happening between April and June, being woven together through several community gatherings.

We invite you to watch this 3-minute video explaining how the Conference will work:

Our focus for this Conference are the issues that nonprofit and philanthropic leaders told us were most of their minds entering 2022. Our speakers and conversation forums will explore these topics:

  • New nonprofit models that center sustainability
  • Staffing that is inclusive, appropriately compensated, and transparent in terms of career path
  • Financial strategy that offers full benefits and accounts for full costs
  • Boards that are ready to lead
